This full-time, 12-month, exempt position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success and full college benefits including a substantial retirement benefit after one year of employment as well as a full tuition remission after two years of employment. As the Admissions Counselor & Marketing Liaison, you will be a vital member of the admissions team, building relationships with prospective students and their families throughout their college search journey. You’ll manage a recruitment portfolio of high school juniors and seniors across multiple recruiting cycles and play a key role in achieving both personal and team enrollment goals.

In addition to student recruitment, you will contribute to the development of marketing content designed to engage prospective students across a variety of channels. You’ll use the Slate CRM platform to build, execute, and track personalized communication plans that help students feel connected and informed every step of the way.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to student success. A bachelor’s degree is required. Prior experience in admissions or marketing at a small, private college or university—or recent graduation from a similar institution—is preferred.

Work Schedule:
The standard work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional evening hours one or two nights per week and occasional weekend hours.
